Guests may bring a friend to their session for emotional support. LMNOP is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage done as a result of a guest joining your session, but you are liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the presence of your guest.

Deposits: If a deposit has been collected it is non-refundable and non transferable.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All sales are final and we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, however we are able to reschedule your session for an additional fee of $50 if you can notify the studio within 48 hours of the original session start time via email: booking@lmnoptattoos.com

Late Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive on time, or up to 15 minutes late but please do not arrive earlier than your session start time to allow for a smooth transition between sessions. After 30 mins your appointment will be considered cancelled.

Payment Policy: We accept cash, zelle, venmo, sezzle, and all major credit cards. No tip is necessary, but please notify your artist if you would like to add a tip via credit card while you are checking out.

Thank you for your understanding of our policies, which are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions or concerns, please only reach out via email, as your artist will not be able to pause their session to answer calls/text.
