Contento OS is a subscription software platform. Features and tools may evolve as the system develops. Access requires compatible devices and internet connectivity. Artistic outcomes depend on the user’s skill and professional judgment. Contento OS provides creative planning tools and does not constitute artistic, legal, or medical advice.

CONTENTO OS

Creative Operating System for Tattoo Artists

Contento OS is a professional-grade tattoo session enhancement platform — designed to support the long stretch of time between booking and breaking skin.

Part studio toolset, part client experience layer, Contento OS helps artists organize ideas, collaborate with clients, and develop artwork long before the machine ever turns on.

It’s not meant to replace the software you already trust.
Instead, it enhances the preparation phase — where the best tattoo sessions are truly made.

Designed for the modern tattoo workflow

Tattooing today involves far more than drawing and executing. Artists spend hours communicating with clients, preparing references, developing concepts, and organizing designs across multiple tools and devices.

Contento OS was created to streamline that process.

Professional-grade artwork creation and management tools help artists design, refine, and organize tattoo concepts while also giving clients a structured way to participate in the preparation process.

The result is a more efficient workflow — and a far better experience for both artist and client.

Built for real studio life

No iPad? No problem.

Contento OS adapts to most mobile devices with an internet connection. Artists and clients can review designs, reference past work, and collaborate on ideas even when their full studio setup isn’t available.

Whether you’re working from your station, reviewing concepts at home, or consulting with a client on the go — your work remains accessible and organized.

How Contento OS works best for you ?

Artist Edition

Think of it as the tattoo world’s version of a word processor — but for images.

Create masterful designs, organize concepts, compare variations, and store your favorite work during a live studio session.

Once a design is ready, export it into your preferred drawing or editing software for final polishing, stencil preparation, or printing.

Artists can also generate flash sheets and quickly prepare content for social media marketing.

Included tools

FINE-LINER
A high-detail linework design generator built for modern fine-line tattoo styles.

Design ideas automatically store inside Stencil Station during your virtual studio session, making them easy to reference, compare, and refine during consultations.

Perfect for brainstorming, collaboration, and in-session design exploration.

MICRO
Designed specifically for single needle and bug-pin tattoo work.

Micro produces thin lines with soft grey shading that never overwhelms the composition.
The result is balanced artwork with the perfect level of subtle detail for delicate, aesthetic tattoo styles.

SLEEVEWORK

“Let me get a dragon wrapped around my arm.”

We’ve all heard it.

Ancient sleeve styles take years to master, and clients often struggle to visualize how complex pieces will flow across the body.

Sleevework helps artists quickly generate reference layouts that accurately depict a client’s vision — allowing you to guide the conversation while still maintaining full creative control.

In an industry where reference images tend to circulate endlessly, Sleevework helps artists present unique interpretations that elevate their work in an oversaturated market.

LETTERING

Translate text into:

☑ Arabic
☑ Korean
☑ Japanese
☑ Chinese
☑ Tagalog
☑ English
☑ Spanish
☑ French
☑ Italian
☑ Latin

Each translation can be displayed in three essential fine-line lettering styles — the only styles most artists will realistically need. Dedicated lettering generator with cursive script abilities.

Artists can:

• adjust letter spacing
• modify line weight
• curve text using an intuitive slider
• quickly experiment with compositions — even for foreign language scripts

Artist PRO

Everything included in Artist Edition, plus our collaborative session preparation system:

OG MODE

OG Mode allows artists to create a shared preparation environment with their clients.

Artists generate a new session and send the client a QR code containing instructions for accessing the portal.

Clients scan the code and enter the same credentials used during their booking process (typically name, phone number, and email).

From there, the client can:

• explore design ideas
• submit artwork concepts
• review progress
• participate in the preparation process leading up to their appointment

In many ways, OG Mode acts as a modern evolution of the traditional appointment confirmation email.

Instead of endless back-and-forth messages, artists and clients collaborate through a structured system that respects both parties’ time.

This reduces communication lag, keeps ideas organized, and allows artists to focus on their work rather than constant administrative messaging.

Studio MGMT

(Coming Soon)

Everything included in Artist Edition and Artist PRO, plus advanced studio management capabilities.

Studio MGMT introduces Party Mode, allowing artists and studios to coordinate group tattoo sessions and events with unprecedented efficiency.

Artists access their session using a simple PIN-based interface — no complicated email logins or verification systems required.

Studio MGMT allows studios to:

• manage multiple artists under a single subscription
• review client-submitted artwork ideas
• organize tattoo parties and group events
• manage session queues in real time

Guests attending an event can create designs in advance, rank their favorite ideas, and submit them before the event begins.

When guests arrive, they scan a QR code to join the event queue.
Those who arrive earlier gain priority for available session times — a crucial feature for high-demand events.

Studios can also generate a professional four-page party agreement designed to protect both the client and the artist.

Party sizes can be configured for groups of:

• 5 people
• 10 people
• 15 people

Studios hosting larger events can even connect a TV or projector so guests can watch as the system rotates through everyone’s tattoo designs during the event.

PARTY MODE is coming to a studio near you very soon.

Key Takeaway

Contento OS was designed by tattoo artists, for tattoo artists, with client experience always in mind.

Over time it may evolve into the only software needed to manage tattoo projects from concept to completion.

For now, we recommend using Contento OS as a session enhancement tool alongside your favorite drawing software, stencil tools, and payment processing systems.

Contento OS helps artists benefit from the global data wave shaping modern creative industries — rather than being overwhelmed by it.

Important note

Contento OS does not handle client payments.

We strongly recommend granting access only to clients who have already secured their appointment with a deposit or full payment for your professional services.

Contento OS will never request payments through phone calls, direct messages, or private messaging platforms.

Payment processing laws have recently changed and require us to list the following on our website footer: Refund & Cancellation Policy Appointment deposits are non-refundable and secure your session time with your artist. Your deposit is non-transferable and the studio keeps your deposit as payment for services to be preformed on the day you have scheduled. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals of 20 minutes or more may result in forfeiting your deposit and requiring a new deposit to rebook. Please do not arrive more than 10 mins early, it makes the artist very uncomfortable to pause while they are wrapping up with their work to greet someone and in all honesty we have noticed a pattern of clients arriving 30-40 mins early which unfortunately is just not feasible. For artist safety we keep our doors secure when tattoo work is not in session. If the studio or artist must cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be honored for a future appointment or, in rare cases, refunded at the studio’s discretion. All tattoo sales are final; once a tattoo is applied, refunds cannot be offered, but reasonable touch-ups may be scheduled as determined by your artist.
